Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KIYAS EXPORT AND IMPORT PVT LTD handles information shared through this website.

Information you choose to share

The enquiry form collects the details you enter, such as your name, company, contact information, cargo details, locations and preferred date. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and coordinate an agreed service.

How the form works

The website prepares a WhatsApp message or an email on your device. You review and send it through your chosen app. The form itself does not submit to a KIYAS website database. Once sent, your message is handled through the selected communication provider and by our team.

Other services

WhatsApp, your email provider and Google Maps apply their own privacy policies when you use their services. Website hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the website.

Keeping your information

We use enquiry information for the business purpose you requested and related communication. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

Contact and requests

For questions about your information or to request correction or deletion of enquiry details, contact kiyaskrm1996@gmail.com or call +94 76 910 3348.
